Position Description:
Emissions system integration (ESI) engineers are responsible for delivering type 1 and RDE testing to support calibration work package delivery. The ESI engineer will be responsible to understand the needs of the customers, Lead Engineers and Subject Matter Experts, and to develop and deliver a test plan to generate this data. The ESI engineer must also liaise with the chassis dyno team in order to request tests and raise issues with testing where appropriate.
The ESI engineers are responsible for completing the first level assessment of all vehicle tests, before working with the customers to understand the impact calibration changes.
Skills Required:
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience of stakeholder management
- Knowledge/experience of Powertrain testing and analysis
Experience Required:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Experience Preferred:
- Experience of passenger car or medium duty combustion calibration delivery from development through to production
- Detailed knowledge of combustion Calibration, Control and Systems/Hardware
- Previous experience of leading technical team in a calibration environment
- Project management experience
- Good working knowledge of Calibration toolset; INCA, Matlab, Concerto, Creta

Position Description:
A Senior Buyer is required to support construction projects (indirect) for our automotive client.
Overall responsibility and leadership for all Purchasing activities within specified categories, including;
- Responsible for sourcing in line with Strategy Category Plan (SCP) through the Global Sourcing Process to the point of Contract / Purchase Order for their sub categories Lead continuous improvements in purchasing activities by supporting COE initiatives / activities for their respective sub categories
- Responsible for internal stakeholder alignment on strategy and sourcing, including key focus on regional inputs and regional deployment for their sub categories
- Responsible for global category strategy development and deployment to deliver company cost and quality targets through sourcing within the Global markets for their sub categories
- Support delivery team in supplier relationships through the Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management process for their sub categories

Role context and purpose:
The Finance Analyst will provide key management information. The incumbent will coordinate with the parent company on a regular basis for consolidation purpose. They will support the Lead with all finance related matters in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside other business teams to assist with all facets of strategy development, business planning and financial analysis
- Assist in preparation of annual Strategic Business Plan
- Assist in the preparation of regular forecasts to monitor business performance
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Marketing Managers to aid in Budget management and recording of committed spend
- Produce Pricing analysis and costings when required for new models or price changes
- Update and maintain the dealer price list
- Produce mid-month sales results data to review with country manager
- Ensure all stock reconciliations are matched with SAP and Physical warehouse stock
- Produce monthly analysis on storage and distribution costs investigating variances to budget
- Prepare the quarterly VAT return for REUK for submission to agent.
- Update and maintain weekly cashflow forecast to reflect the latest business position
- Ensure timely reporting of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS
- Track expense benefits and evaluate against plan
- Track business performance against KPIs
- Support the implementation and process optimization of new and existing systems to get accurate and timely data.
- Collate feedback from Business team & other stakeholders
- Utilisation of Anaplan system for Budget process and also monthly reporting
- Provide Adhoc support to Finance Lead when required
Skills / Experience Required:
- Part Qualified Accountant CIMA/ACCA
- 3+ years or relevant experience
Experience preferred:
- Experience in SAP modules
- Prior experience in automotive industry

This role is on a permanent basis and is remote based with occasional support required in Milton Keynes.
