Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Workflow & Real-Time Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Centre team. This role is integral to our daily operations and requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for monitoring live service performance, managing resources in real time, and producing insightful reports to support operational decisions. Your work will help ensure optimal service levels, efficient staffing, and a smooth customer experience. Your people skills need to be paramount to coach and guide team members daily to enable the centre to deliver the best service possible.
A key part of your role will involve supporting the modernisation of the CRC’s workflow management system, transitioning from legacy platforms to a more advanced workforce management ecosystem. With the planned introduction of Calabrio, experience with this system is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee call lines and online chat activity to ensure efficient handling throughout the day.
Resource Management: Adjust staffing and agent codes in real time to maintain service levels and operational flow.
Inbox Oversight: Monitor and respond to the real-time inbox, ensuring timely action and communication.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all channels.
Reporting & Analysis: Produce contact volume reports and analyse performance trends to support decision-making.
Trend Identification: Use data to identify patterns and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and operational managers to align resource planning with business needs.

Duties:
Measurement, analysis and reporting of vehicle, system and component modal performance status to meet key gateway requirements. Responsible for lab-based transfer function measurement to support NVH attribute needs and NVH issue investigation, i.e. Transfer Path Analysis to support road, powertrain and simulator teams
- Undertake detailed correlation work in collaboration with CAE teams both internal and external to improve future models and simulations.
- Maintain the Modal lab workspace and ensure it is fit for use, and calibration compliant
- Support taskforce activities to solve complex engineering problems as required
- Maintain up to date method statements and processes for modal and systems testing
Skills:
- Experience within a modal testing environment and setup and use of impact hammer testing and shaker equipment
- Good understanding of NVH signal processing and analysis, especially modal, structural and transfer function analysis
- A methodical and detailed approach to planning, recording and executing high quality testing, and reporting
- Ability to effectively present and communicate complex NVH data
- Capable of working closely and collaboratively within a small team, inc. some coaching of apprentice colleague
- Ability to identify and propose continuous improvements and new methods of work
- Practical capability to carry out the basic fitting tasks necessary to set up and instrument tests, including ability to design new fixtures/rigs which can then be fabricated by the workshop teams.

The Integrated Energy Management Lead Engineer will take a leading role in:
Supporting the Efficiency Product Owner in the delivery of data-driven, intelligent, optimised energy nodes (sources of energy conversion) in pursuit of Vehicle Efficiency attributes (e.g. real world and homologated driving range and energy consumption) befitting modern luxury.
Collaborating with a wide range of business stakeholders and Engineers to deliver vehicle programmes against the teams Quality Operating Schedule (QOS; client’s framework for attribute delivery).
