Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Battery Timing Coordinator to support a high-level battery technology project. This role will be key in ensuring that all battery-related time-lines align with broader launch and engineering plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-level battery project timing plan suitable for presentation at board level.
- Coordinate with all battery technology leads (Stack, Pack, Frame, BEM) to ensure an integrated project time-lines.
- Liaise with the Launch team and IOPD to ensure the GME-P plan supports the overall unit launch timelines.
- Provide ongoing status updates, identify timing risks, and drive alignment across functions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in project management within an automotive engineering environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Duties:
The BoM Engineering team within Product Information is responsible for creating, configuring, maintaining and interrograting the Bill of Material in the early phases of programmes. The team support Engineering within each Centre of Competence (CoC), building relationships with, and guiding Engineers through the BoM creation and management process.
The team also perform a number of quality checks, from commodity audits to large scale validation events, to ensure completeness and accuracy of those BoMs for a number of gateways within Programme lifecycles. The BoM Engineering team work on all current and future vehicle lines, across both brands and all manufacturing facilities globally.

In this role you will be responsible for managing set up and changes to Bills of Material, challenging inputs where appropriate and seeking out information required from key stakeholders to deliver a coherent and quality Bill of Material for client both in legacy and future systems.

Skills / Experience Required:
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Able to manage delivery of multiple tasks
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
- Must be able to work singularly and in a team
- Previous BOM experience within an automotive role
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies will be useful

The objective is to provide production feasible and process capable specifications, both physical & digital assets. Tracking the outputs and performance is a main part of the role.
