Employee Relations Specialist - £27.21/hr (Inside IR35) - Coventry - 12 Months (potential to extend)
Duties:
Join an experienced and professional team who support the business with Employee Relations issues and cases focussed on discipline, grievance, absence and performance management.
- Responsible for managing a case load of various complex ER matters
- Providing support for colleagues during difficult periods
- Provide effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence
- Support line managers to chair absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal
- Use a coaching leadership style to build relationships and influence managers

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with autonomy in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel
- Strong communicator - both written and verbal
- Able to use rational judgement, critical thinking and data analysis to inform decision making

This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
