Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- gathering functional, diagnostic and cyber security requirements to define HW/SW technical specification and SWeSOW
- delivery of the HW/SW commodity plan to quality, cost and time, including maintaining the Worldwide Engineering Release System
- managing SW delivery plan and SW maturity with suppliers
- managing Change Request, SW/HW Releases, Expenditure forecasting and the relevant supplier teams in support of delivery of the programme milestones.
- manage design verification test plans, including detailed planning of test and development stages through to sign off and support Engineering test teams with rectification of issues.
- ensure all appropriate client standards are met through-out design maturation and provide input into new feature development.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Technical understanding of automotive mechatronic systems,
- Experience in defining Hardware and Software engineering requirements and specifications (HW / SW / Cyber Security / Diagnostic...).
- Experience creating Hardware/Software test plans.
- Working knowledge of product creation and delivery, change control, and change management procedures in the automotive industry.
- Experience in managing suppliers.
Additional information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
