You will also influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters and influence PO and Stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged and delivering maximum value.
You'll be working closely with multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You'll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as they transform how they build vehicles and operates, together.
Skills Required:
- Experienced Scrum Master able to facilitate and lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working
- Ability to communicate and engage with individuals within the cross functional teams, at all levels in the business, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
- Strong Problem solving and Leadership skills actively develops and supports team members and able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team, for example by helping with conflict resolution across co-located & virtual teams.
Experience Required:
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
- Scrum Master certification is desirable
- prior Scrum Master experience within the automotive industry
Experience Preferred:
- Project management and University Bachelor's Degree
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
Hybrid working: 2 Days a week in office
