Position Description:
An Engineering Delivery Scrum Master's main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring that squads operate effectively using agile principles
- Ensuring that squads have a clear plan, set achievable goals and drive progress through sprints
- Facilitating the removal of squad impediments
- Reporting squad progress transparently to stakeholders across the business
Skills Required:
- Experience of managing workstreams with Agile processes / methodologies such as in a DevOps, Scrum, SAFe environment etc.
- Experience of using Agile tools for example JIRA, Confluence and collaboration tools.
- Strong people skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members

Experience Required:
- Ability to manage complex projects / products across diverse teams across global locations
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
- Understanding of high-quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach and a curious mind, continually asking 'why'?
- Independent mindset with an appreciation of what 'better' looks like, able to suggest improvements to existing products, processes, or ways of working.
- Prior Scrum Master experience within the Automotive industry.
Experience Preferred:
- Recognised Agile methodologies or Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM, ASM, CSM APMG, SAFe, PMP-ACP)
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35
Hybrid: As required but generally 1-2 days per week onsite
