Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Retouch Artist - Automotive - £32.50/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire (hybrid potential) - 8 Months (potential to extend)

Position Description:
Talented retouch artist required with extensive experience in delivering high-quality content across commercial projects in the automotive, fashion, and luxury sectors. As part of the growing team based within the client's Design division, you'll collaborate with photographers, editors, and videographers to assess briefs, engage with clients, and manage your time effectively.

Skills Required:
A good understanding of colour theory and visual composition with a solid grasp of how to enhance images creatively while maintaining their natural look and feel, aligning with the intended narrative. Strong experience in professional automotive and lifestyle photography retouch with a portfolio that demonstrates there capabilities with an emphasis on quality and consistency. Strong experience and proficiency in editing software/tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and/or Capture One. Retoucher must understand advanced features such as layers, masks, colour grading, and non destructive editing techniques to achieve seamless results.

Experience Required:
- A keen understanding of photography principles, colour theory, and digital editing techniques.
- Proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One

Experience Preferred:
- Experience in retouching video content.
- Familiarity with CG programs such as Blender, Maya, or Unreal Engine is also valued.

Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
Portfolio required on application
Offers post-interview will be aligned to candidate's skill set/ experience.
Option as fully remote, however with the ask of coming in every so often, such as once a fortnight. Team requires to have candidate in for the first few weeks more regularly than the above, for the initial weeks.
