System Safety Engineer - Automotive

Warwickshire - Up to £34/hr Ltd Co. - Type: Contract

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

System Safety Engineer - Automotive - £34/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire - 8 Months (potential for yearly renewal)

Role Requirements:
- HV system knowledge & ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) knowledge all the parts
- BEV & PHEV HV system architecture knowledge
- Design Validation (DV) and Production Validation (PV)
- Experience with full Safety Lifecycle from Hazard analysis and risk assessments through to safety validation
- Ability to Lead safety analysis activities across inter disciplinary teams
- Strong technical writing and Documentation skills
- Hands on experience with safety verification testing and fault injection testing.

Education:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
- Additional certification in Functional safety.
