This role will support the roll out and continued delivery of the new Issue Management toolset across the client's entire user base. - Develop and maintain communication strategies to both key stakeholders and wider user base
- Create, deploy and maintain process documents based on new toolsets and agile methodology
- Use lean project management principles in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working
Key Performance Indicators:
- Transition from legacy issue management system and processes for all Programmes and relevant users across the business
- Toolset continual updates to improve the user experience and maintain compliance with the client's managing corporate documents procedures
- Maintain stakeholder input and sign off to all project activities
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders within the Automotive industry
- Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
- Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery within the Automotive industry.
- Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
- Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
- Risk management with the ability to put in place the required interventions as and when required
- The ability to identify issues quickly and drive to resolution
Experience Preferred:
- Experience of project delivery in an Agile methodology, tools and techniques
- Knowledge of the Jira toolset
- Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
