Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the "Current Car" PACN meeting to accelerate throughput
- Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress
- Guide Engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase.
- Lead & manage the "Current Car" Change Management Meeting (CMM) to accelerate throughput
- Manage the icreate engineering change release process.
- Manage the icreate CMM & CEM meetings to accelerate throughput
- Manage the handover of changes from programmes to running change
- Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success & identify opportunities
Experience Required:
- Qualification: Engineering Degree
- Experience of JLR products, methods and operating processes
- Experience of operating in an agile environment.
- Experience of operating Jira.
Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of PVT operations and processes.
- Working Knowledge of WERS and PACN process,
- Working Knowledge of icreate.
- Working Knowledge of 3Dx Dassault systems
Additional Information:
The role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
