Vehicle Architecture Integration Engineer - £34/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire (hybrid potential) - 8 Months (potential for yearly renewal)
Duties:
The position is responsible for the engineering integration process for vehicle architectures.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop the vehicle technical specifications and attributes across vehicle architectures
- Lead and resolve complex multifunctional engineering problems. Be able to balance competing attributes and requirements to define the optimum engineering solution.
- Analysis of current and future technologies and competitor products to ensure the future competitiveness of products by influencing business strategies
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.

- Good IT literacy e.g. ability to create and manage presentations and spreadsheets
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience of whole vehicle development and validation
- Previous experience of problem-solving tools, e.g. Six sigma methods
- Previous experience of leading technical issue resolution
Essential:
- An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in a demanding environment
- An individual with the ability to prioritise their workload and that of others
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- An effective team player who supports team members
Education:
- Relevant engineering degree or other technical degree
Additional information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
